In general, all orders are final. Prior to sending them out, we ensure all orders are accurate. If at any point we made a mistake with your order, we will be glad to collaborate with you to find a suitable solution and fix the order.
Komē Beauty Ready to Ship Wig and Ponytail Units
Units will ship the day after your payment has been fully processed. Please expect 2-3 business days for delivery to reach you. All sales are final. We do not offer returns on ready to ship wigs or ponytails.
KB Custom Units
The time limit for custom unit construction and return is currently 14-21 business days. Please understand that the time limit could be extended depending on orders in que, or any unforeseen issues with the products. For example, if you request additional custom options after your order has been submitted, condition of the hair, or an insufficient amount of hair was provided. We strive to deliver custom units as requested, if any unforeseen delays should occur, we will work to extend the time limit by only a day. All custom units come with a customized hairline, style (wand curls with additional fee) and wig cap.
Kome Silk Return
FINAL SALE. Due to the nature of our silk products and hygiene reasons, Silk face mask is not eligible for exchange or return nor are they to be used as a medical device, or personal protective equipment (PPE).
Kome Silk Shipping: All purchases will ship within 24-48 hours after your payment has been processed. Please expect 2-3 business days for delivery to reach you.

Komē Beauty currently utilizes USPS for all shipping orders. Overnight shipping is currently unavailable.
